Friday May 17th: 
3-6pm – Check in time 
3:30-6pm – Treatments available from Jeanette, Lisa, Claudette 
7pm – Meet-n-greet reception. Introductions, snacks, cash bar. Northumberland Room 

Saturday May 18th: 
7:45-8:45 – Delicious hot n cold breakfast buffet (coffee/tea, juice, fresh danishes, muffins and croissants, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit cocktail, scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon, home fried potatoes and banana bread french toast). Main lodge 
8:45-10am – YOU Time! Enjoy the amenities of the Pictou Lodge (beach walk, bicycling, exercise room, giant checkerboard) or just chill in your room 🙂 
10-11am – Stretch out on your yoga mat with a morning yoga practice with Rachael MacLean of True Nature Yoga . Northumberland Room 
11:15-12:15 – Claudette Landry, HTP, will lead you through an informative talk and beautiful exercise that will leave you feeling loved and empowered. Northumberland Room 
12:30-1:30 – Delicious lunch! Soup, salad, sandwiches, sweets. Main lodge 
1:30-2pm – Just a little more quiet time 
2-3:15pm – Join Dr.Lisa McNiven,ND for a mini interactive discussion followed by Natascha Polomski and Michelle Greenwood who will introduce you to intention setting and how to set personal goals. (Please see explanation in posts). 
3:15-4:15 – Time to create! Make your own Dream Board. Northumberland Room 
4:15-5pm – Meditation to end the day, and something awesome! 
6pm – Delicious supper buffet banquet! (fresh biscuits and molasses butter, vegetarian options, seasonal vegetables, soup, salad, potato, two hot mains, dessert). Northumberland Room 
9pm – Drumming and beach bonfire under the full moon! (weather permitting) 

Sunday May 19th:
